Why i so lazy recently really cannot concentrate on the work n college things

when i wil change why i stil in this situation

sem 3 is coming
final is more nearer lor.....
so fan n cant predict the future of me .......
when the time is come, after the graduate ady is thre chances for to go 4 degree OR juz to find jobs...................
Is difficult to choose ..........can i choose ???
